- 100% payment of the tour fee is required immediately upon registration.
- As this is a promotional tour, cancellations after registration are not applicable.
- Postponement - date change - change of traveler: subject to availability and surcharges apply.

- Before registering for the tour, please read carefully the tour program, terms, inclusions, and exclusions. If you do not register directly and someone else registers on your behalf, please make sure to thoroughly learn about the program from the person who registered for you.
- Bring your original ID card/Citizen Identification Card (or original birth certificate for children under 12 years old) for airline procedures. The ID card/Citizen Identification Card must remain valid up to the departure and return dates of the tour program.
- Guests aged 70 and above, please pay an additional premium insurance fee (fee varies depending on the tour).
- Pregnant guests, please inform the tour staff for further consultation. Guests who are 5 months pregnant or more will not be accepted for safety reasons.
- Guests requesting a single room, please pay a single supplement. Two adults are allowed to share a room with one child.
- After payment, if you wish to cancel the tour, please bring your passport/ID card and payment receipt to the company office for cancellation procedures. The company does not accept tour cancellations via phone.
- As flights depend on airlines, flight times may change without prior notice in some cases.
- The order of sightseeing spots and itinerary may change depending on actual circumstances, while still ensuring all original sightseeing spots are visited. Hotel names will be officially confirmed on the group meeting day, 2 - 3 days prior to departure.
- Children under 12 years old: share a bed with 02 adults, no separate bed provided.
*** The company is exempt from liability during the tour execution in cases of force majeure due to weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, war, or delays/cancellations of airplanes, trains, ships, or trams due to weather or technical issues... resulting in the inability to continue the tour. The company will refund the tour fee to guests after deducting expenses for services already rendered such as visa fees, flight tickets, accommodation and dining services... and will not be responsible for any additional compensation.
