Guests will make their own way to the airport and be present 1 hour before departure time to complete procedures before boarding.
07:00 – 9:10 The flight departs from Hanoi, flight VJ 451 – 07:00, arriving at Phu Quoc International Airport at 9:10. Vinpearl’s vehicle and staff will welcome guests at the airport with a name sign, help arrange luggage, and take you to the check-in area of Vinpearl Phu Quoc to complete check-in procedures according to the hotel’s instructions (depending on your accommodation area at Vinpearl, including one of Vinpearl’s 4 resort areas).
Here, you may rest, leave your luggage in Vinpearl’s waiting room, or visit the areas around Vinpearl, use the available amenities, and go to Vinpearl’s entertainment areas as you wish.
12:00 – 14:00 You will be present at Vinpearl’s dining area to enjoy your first lunch (buffet) at the hotel. The hotel will serve meals during the specified time period.

Guests will have lunch at their own expense at the airport for the final lunch. You will complete airport procedures to board the plane.
17:40: The flight departs from Phu Quoc to Hanoi, flight VJ 456 – 17:40.
19:50: You arrive in Hanoi, ending the 3-day 2-night Phu Quoc trip.
Morning: After breakfast at the hotel, guests are free to visit, relax, and check out before 12:00. After completing check-out procedures, the hotel’s vehicle will take you to Phu Quoc Airport. Guests will have lunch at their own expense at the airport for the final lunch. You will complete airport procedures to board the plane.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
For Party A:
Transferring or Canceling a tour on regular days, you will bear the costs as below:
– 30 days or more before departure: Pay 10% of the tour price and compensate 100% of the costs related to canceling services such as air tickets, hotels, car rentals, cruise ships.....
– 20 to 29 days before departure: Pay 25% of the tour price and compensate 100% of the costs related to canceling services such as air tickets, hotels, car rentals, cruise ships.....
– 10 to 19 days before departure: Pay 50% of the tour price and compensate 100% of the costs related to canceling services such as air tickets, hotels, car rentals, cruise ships.....
– 05 to 09 days before departure: Pay 90% of the tour price
– 05 days or less before departure: Pay 100% of the tour price
Transferring or Canceling a tour on Holidays and Tet, you will bear the costs as below:
– 45 days or more before departure: Pay 10% of the tour price and compensate 100% of the costs related to canceling services such as air tickets, hotels, car rentals, cruise ships.....
– 30 to 44 days before departure: Pay 25% of the tour price and compensate 100% of the costs related to canceling services such as air tickets, hotels, car rentals, cruise ships.....
– 16 to 29 days before departure: Pay 50% of the tour price
– 15 days or less before departure: Pay 100% of the tour price

– Promotional tours (purchased during promotional programs, at fairs, discounted) are non-refundable for any reason.
– Holiday and Tet tours are tours that take place during one of the Holiday and Tet breaks announced by the state.

For Party B:
– Due to the nature of retail tourist groups, Party B is responsible for gathering enough guests (15 guests or more) to depart according to the schedule. If the number is less than 15 guests, Party B is responsible for notifying Party A before the departure date and agreeing with Party A on a new departure date.
– If Party B cannot depart on the exact date, Party B will refund the entire amount Party A has paid.
– In case of tour cancellation due to force majeure events including but not limited to war, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, flight delays or cancellations... Party B will not be responsible for compensating any costs other than refunding the tour money (except for service costs already incurred for the tour, if any).
