Cancel immediately after registration, you will be charged a 10% fee of the tour price.
Cancel 10 to 15 days before departure, you will be charged a 30% fee of the tour price.
Cancel 5 to 10 days before departure, you will be charged a 50% fee of the tour price.
Cancel 3 to 4 days before departure, you will be charged a 75% fee of the tour price.
Cancel 0 to 2 days before departure, you will be charged a 100% fee of the tour price.
Cancellation on public holidays will not be refunded, not cancelled, not changed, and the above cancellation policy does not apply.
In case of rain and wind but the tour is still allowed to operate: If the customer voluntarily cancels the tour, a 100% fee of the tour price applies
CASE OF CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY OR DUE TO CUSTOMER'S REASONS
The company will immediately inform the customer and refund the full amount paid by the customer within 3 days from the cancellation notice
If the tour is cancelled due to objective reasons such as natural disasters, epidemics, postponement and cancellation of public transport… We will refund the amount or change the departure date according to the customer's request. The tour price may remain the same or change depending on the service price at that time
