Detailed itinerary
07:30 Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your private home or hotel, or any similar location within the city center of Da Nang or Hoi An. The vehicle departs, heading straight toward Hoi An.
08:00 The vehicle rolls toward Cua Dai Port, passing along Vo Nguyen Giap Street, known as the ONLY 5-star road in Da Nang. The car will take you past luxurious, world-class resorts, along with fine stone craft shops, golf courses, etc.
08:30 The vehicle arrives at the port. The tour guide proceeds to the customs area to complete the procedures and provide the passenger manifest to begin the deep-sea crossing to Cham Islands.
08:45 The speedboat departs, carrying visitors across the open sea, with waves splashing against the boat's hull into white foam.
From the speedboat, you can see Cham Islands emerging in deep emerald green, endowed with a diverse plant ecosystem. The harmonious blend of mountains, forests, and the sea creates a poetic beauty that makes everyone eager to explore Cham Islands.
09:00 The speedboat docks at Bai Lang. The tour guide will lead visitors on a sightseeing tour of Cham Islands covering several highlights of the 1-day Cham Islands tour, such as the Marine Protected Area, the ancient well, Tan Hiep Market, and Hai Tang Pagoda. Marine Protected Area: Visitors will see firsthand and learn about deep-sea creatures and rare species preserved in the showroom.
- Ancient Well: The Cham ancient well, over 600 years old, takes you back to an ancient Champa era, allowing you to learn more about the architecture, culture, and life outlook of the people.
- Hai Tang Pagoda: The oldest pagoda on the island was built nearly three centuries ago. It is one of the few surviving relics from the Champa, Sa Huynh, and Dai Viet cultures. The 1-day Cham Islands seawalker/underwater walking tour will allocate time to bring visitors here to burn incense and pray for peace.
- Tan Hiep Market: Not only a trading spot for locals, this market also caters to visiting tourists. The main items are forest specialties, dried seafood, and fresh catch. You can purchase some as gifts for your loved ones.
10:30 After finishing the morning sightseeing spots on Cham Islands, the speedboat takes visitors to a wooden boat to prepare for scuba diving.
Board the boat and change into specialized diving suits. Afterward, the instructors will give a brief introduction to some of the equipment and basic Cham Islands diving skills, as well as Central Vietnam travel tips, such as mouth-breathing techniques and underwater hand signals.
The instructors and visitors will first move to a shallow water area so everyone is fully prepared for the journey to discover the ocean. You will have free time to explore everything and dive to admire the incredibly diverse coral reefs of Cham Islands, featuring more than 300 species and lively schools of swimming fish. Don't forget to use the underwater photography service (at your own expense) to capture and document the exciting sights you encounter!
You will be taken back to the boat, change clothes, and take a speedboat to Bai Ong on Cham Islands for lunch.
12:00 You will have 30 minutes for lunch to recharge for the afternoon's upcoming activities. The restaurant we selected is the largest 3-star standard restaurant on Cham Islands. The newly opened restaurant is exceptionally clean and breezy. Luxurious, modern wooden furniture ensures a comfortable and appetizing dining experience.
