Detailed itinerary
07:30 Our vehicle and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point in Da Nang or Hoi An and depart for Cua Dai Port in Hoi An.
08:30 After completing the departure procedures, you board a high-speed motorboat (shared transfer) across the sea to the Cham Islands—a World Biosphere Reserve known as the green lungs of the ancient town of Hoi An.
09:00 The motorboat arrives at Cham Islands Port. You visit the island’s highlights:
- Cham Islands Marine Reserve: see firsthand the marine artifacts, products, and traditional practices of the people of the Cham Islands, gaining an overview of the local life and culture as well as the island’s history and development.
- Boat Shelter: a place where local fishermen’s boats take shelter from storms and strong winds.
- Hai Tang Pagoda: the oldest pagoda on the island, built in 1758, which still retains almost all of its ancient architecture. Admiring Hai Tang Pagoda amid the vast sea and sky, visitors will feel peaceful, with all their worries seeming to disappear.
- Ancient Cham Well: the ancient well in Cam Hamlet provides the island’s residents with a cool, fresh supply of water all year round.
09:30 A wooden boat takes you to a fishing area rich in fish. You are provided with fishing rods, bait, and other equipment before starting your fishing experience in the waters around the Cham Islands, home to fish species found only here.
12:00 Have lunch at a Cham Islands restaurant featuring your catch and local seafood specialties.
Relax under the shade of the cool green coconut palms, take souvenir photos, enjoy playing in the waves, sunbathe, and more.
14:00 Gather and board the boat back to the mainland. End of the Cham Islands Fishing Tour; bid farewell to the Cham Islands.
14:30 The high-speed motorboat arrives at Cua Dai Port. The vehicle takes you back to the meeting point in Da Nang or Hoi An.
End of the 1-day Cham Islands Fishing Tour. We wish you a fun and exciting fishing trip. On behalf of the company, our tour guide thanks you and looks forward to seeing you again on future journeys.
