07:30 The car picks you up at the meeting point. Depart for Ganh Yen, where you will visit:
- Learn about the garlic and onion farming process
- Take photos at the stunning ancient rock formation of Ganh Yen (Vietnam's second Ganh Da Dia)
- Free time for snorkeling to see coral at Ganh Yen (at your own expense)
11:30 Have lunch at My Khe Beach Tourist Area, Quang Ngai
- "Jumping shrimp" crispy pancakes (Banh xeo tom nhay)
- Clam porridge cooked with turmeric and chives
- Charcoal-grilled tiger prawns
- Grilled baby squid with salt and chili
- Sea fish sour soup
- Boiled pork served with fermented anchovy dipping sauce + fresh herbs
