Early morning is the most peaceful and evocative time in Hanoi. A female driver will pick you up at 5:30 AM to catch the sunrise over the Red River from Long Bien Bridge, then weave into the middle island with its hidden cornfields and banana groves.
The journey continues along West Lake and Thanh Nien Street, passing through a bustling early morning market and Huu Tiep Lake with the B-52 wreckage in Ngoc Ha Flower Village. You will ride past the Hanoi Flag Tower, Hanoi Opera House, the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, and Tran Quoc Pagoda, before enjoying breakfast at a local eatery along Train Street.
