Ba Be Lake is like a fairyland amid the mountains and forests of Bac Kan. This place has been blessed by nature with exceptionally fresh and romantic scenery. One of the scenic spots that you might miss without a guide or prior knowledge is Ao Tien. Ao Tien is located on a mountaintop, surrounded on all sides by forest and separated from Ba Be Lake. Since there is no water source flowing into or out of Ao Tien, the lake surface is always calm, like a giant mirror fully reflecting the beauty of the sky and earth here. Being so enclosed, the lake surface is also still, like a mirror reflecting the plants and the Bac Kan sky. Surrounded year-round by limestone mountains and primeval forest, the climate is extremely cool and fresh.

HANOI - BAC KAN - BA BE LAKE
05:30 The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point in Hanoi city and depart for Bac Kan. The group will have breakfast at a restaurant along the way (at your own expense).
11:45 Arrive at Ba Be, check in at the hotel, then have lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, relax.
14:00 The tour guide will take you to visit Ba Be Lake by motorboat, with outstanding attractions such as Puong Cave, Fairy Pond, An Ma Temple, Widow Island, and more. You may have time to enjoy yourselves and paddle a raft amid the tranquil, crystal-clear waters of Ba Be Lake.
18:00 Have dinner at a restaurant and enjoy local mountain specialties such as mugwort cakes, Man pork, hill chicken, grilled fish, bamboo shoot chicken stew, and more. Overnight at the hotel. (Complimentary campfire exchange program for groups of 25 or more guests.)

BA BE - HUA MA CAVE - PAC NGOI VILLAGE - HANOI
07:30 After breakfast, the vehicle and tour guide will take you to Hua Ma Cave. This cave is considered one of the most magnificent in terms of stalactites and the variety of formations created through geological processes over millions of years.
Depending on each person's imagination, every stalactite takes on a different appearance: here is the scene of the monk Xuanzang and his disciples, there is an imperial court audience, then the road to the Western Paradise, a pen-shaped tower, lotus flowers, and more. The white and black stalactites shimmer with magical colors as they hang down from the cave ceiling or rise from the ground, creating a fascinating experience.
On the way to the cave, you will pass through Pac Ngoi Village, a small village of the Tay ethnic people on the banks of the Leng River, next to Ba Be Lake. There are about 70 houses built in the traditional Tay stilt-house style, leaning against the mountain slopes and creating a captivating picture. Pac Ngoi Village is one of the few villages that still preserves customs and traditions rich in Tay cultural identity.
11:00 Have lunch at a restaurant. Free time to purchase local specialties brought to the hotel by local people, such as forest mushrooms, cassava vermicelli, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and wild vegetables.
