HANOI – SON LA
05:30 The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point to depart for Son La. Along the way, you will stop for breakfast (at your own expense).
Then continue the journey to Son La. Upon arrival in Son La, check in, have lunch, and rest.
Afternoon: The group will depart to visit several attractions:
- Son La Museum
- Son La Prison
- To Hieu Peach Tree
- Take a hot mineral spring bath.
Evening: Enjoy dinner featuring delicious specialties of Northwestern Vietnamese cuisine. You are free to stroll around or relax, and spend the night at a hotel in Son La.

Next, we will set off for Dien Bien, a historic city with many fascinating experiences awaiting you.
Afternoon: The vehicle will take you to visit the Dien Bien Phu Historical Site Museum, pay respects at A1 Martyrs’ Cemetery, and visit A1 Hill, De Castries’ Bunker, Muong Thanh Bridge, and the Nam Rom River.
Evening: Enjoy dinner, then have free time to stroll around and explore Dien Bien City.

- General Vo Nguyen Giap and Hoang Van Thai’s Command Bunker: This was the workplace and command center of the two talented generals throughout the Dien Bien Phu Campaign. Important decisions that led to the nation’s historic victory were made here. The bunker was sturdily built and hidden deep in the forest, helping protect the generals and command headquarters from enemy attacks.
- Lunch at Pa Khoang Lake Tourist Area.
In the afternoon, the vehicle will take you to visit Hoang Cong Chat Temple and Noong Nhai Village, followed by a visit to Dien Bien Phu Central Market to shop for souvenirs. You will then return to the hotel for dinner.
In the evening, the group is free to relax
