Detailed itinerary
HANOI – SON LA – DIEN BIEN (Lunch, Dinner)
05:00: The vehicle and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point to depart for Son La.
En route, you stop for breakfast, then continue the journey to Son La.
12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring Northwest specialties.
13:00: The group continues the journey to Dien Bien.
You will stop at one of the legendary "Four Great Mountain Passes" - Pha Din Pass, also known as Pha Din Slope. The 32km winding road on National Highway 6 will take you to explore a completely different world, where heaven and earth meet. And do not forget to capture stunning moments beside the pure white ban flowers blooming along both sides of the road.
17:30: The group arrives in Dien Bien City to check in and rest.
19:00: Have dinner and savor delicious Northwest culinary specialties, freely stroll around or relax, and spend the night at a hotel in Dien Bien.

- Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum – Featuring 5 exhibition sections with 274 artifacts and 122 paintings organized by themes: Strategic Location, The Enemy's Stronghold Group, The Party's Strategic Direction, The Impact of the Victory, and Dien Bien Phu Today.
- Visit the A1 Martyrs' Cemetery and A1 Hill – Resting place of 644 soldiers and civilians who heroically sacrificed their lives in the campaign.
- De Castries Bunker, Muong Thanh Bridge, Nam Rom River, Dien Bien Phu Victory Monument – Historic landmarks still echoing the heroic legacy of this monumental national battle.
The vehicle and tour guide will continue taking you to Muong Phang to visit the Campaign Command Headquarters, as well as the bunkers of General Vo Nguyen Giap and General Hoang Van Thai.
