Detailed itinerary
07:30 a.m., your local guide will pick you up at your hotel or meet you at the Mr. Linh's Adventures - Ba Be office in Bo Lu Village before starting an exciting day at Ba Be National Park.
First, the program will begin with a relaxing boat trip across the large and small sections of Ba Be Lake. Along the way, you will admire islands of various sizes and the clear blue waters of Ba Be. This scenic journey will also give you the opportunity to observe local people fishing with traditional cast nets.
Next, we will continue along the gentle Nang River to Puong Cave—a cave with an underground river, 300 meters long and 30 meters high. Puong Cave features cliffs and stalactites in a variety of shapes and colors.
Continuing the journey, after exploring the cave, you will visit Cam Ha Village, a village inhabited by the Tay ethnic people. You will have fascinating experiences observing the daily routines and lives of the local residents firsthand.
After visiting the village, the next stop is Dau Dang Waterfall, a section where the Nang River breaks through the boundary between Ba Be National Park and Na Hang Nature Reserve in Tuyen Quang Province. The boat will stop at Mr. Hien's restaurant, a restaurant on the banks of the Nang River famously known by the nickname "the bandit general of Ba Be Lake."
13:00 After a break, return to Ba Be Lake, visit An Ma Temple, and then take a short trek through the forest to the boat dock. If you still have energy, you can join a kayaking tour.
