HAI PHONG - PHU QUOC - JOURNEY TO THE PEARL ISLAND ( Lunch - Dinner )
Morning: Guests arrive at Cat Bi airport to check in for the flight to Phu Quoc
Pick up guests at Phu Quoc airport. Check in to the hotel. Have lunch with the specialty Herring Salad. Rest.
Afternoon: Visit famous traditional craft villages on the island.
- Phu Quoc pepper farm: learn about how pepper is grown in the garden. Phu Quoc pepper is famous for its large, black, and spicy aromatic peppercorns. Visitors can buy pepper as gifts at the garden.
- Fish sauce barrel house: Learn how to brew and process anchovy fish sauce, which is very famous domestically and internationally, according to the traditional methods of Phu Quoc people with very high nutritional content.
- Sim wine: a type of wine made from ripe wild sim fruits. Meet and talk with the first person to process Sim Son wine at the Bay Gao sim wine production facility.
- Tranh Stream: The stream originates from the Ham Ninh mountain range and only has water from May - October.
- Dong Tam Snake Farm: Guests visit the snake breeding process and products made from snakes. (At your own expense)
- Su Muon Pagoda: a beautiful ancient pagoda with a cool and peaceful space.

Below are the cancellation fees according to company regulations. We will flexibly handle each specific case within our ability.
• If you cancel the tour after registration and more than 20 days before departure: loss of tour deposit
• If you cancel the tour 15–20 days before departure: cancellation fee 50% of tour value.
• If you cancel the tour 10–15 days before departure: cancellation fee 70% of tour value.
• If you cancel the tour within 10 days before departure: cancellation fee 100% of tour value.
Note: The condition that occurs first will be applied.
AIRLINE TICKET CONDITIONS
• No refunds, name changes, itinerary changes, or segment splits under any circumstances
• Flight times may change according to the airline's schedule
• Baggage allowance: 7 kg hand‑carry
• When flying, you should bring one of the following documents: (National ID card still valid under 15 years, or household registration, birth certificate (for children under 14 years).
• For children 14 years old (require a National ID; if not available, a personal confirmation form stamped by the local authority of residence is required).
• Children not traveling with parents must have a parental authorization letter with local authority confirmation for the accompanying person to complete boarding procedures.
GENERAL REGULATIONS
• If Party A cancels the tour due to being refused check‑in at the airport because of personal identity/document issues, our company is not responsible for this. The program costs will not be refunded in this case.
• Due to the nature of mixed small groups, if the group has 10 or more adults, it will depart on the scheduled date. If the group has fewer than 10 guests, Party B will arrange a new departure date and inform Party A at least 15 working days in advance. If Party A does not accept the new schedule, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A.
• If Party B cannot organize the group to travel at the planned time due to force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, war… Party B will arrange a new departure date, and any additional costs will be agreed upon by both parties.
