Detailed itinerary
HANOI - THE ANCIENT CAPITAL OF HOA LU - TAM COC
Morning: Pick up guests, travel to Ninh Binh, and visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu and the temples of King Dinh and King Le
At around 7:00 a.m., the vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the prearranged meeting point and depart from Hanoi for Ninh Binh. At approximately 9:00 a.m., the vehicle will arrive in Ninh Binh and visit destinations such as:
- Hoa Lu Ancient Capital: The capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, where you can explore famous historical relics such as the East Citadel, West Citadel, and South Citadel.
- Temples of King Dinh and King Le: Sacred places of worship dedicated to the kings of the Dinh and Le dynasties.
Noon: Lunch at a restaurant
After visiting the temples and Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, you will follow the group to a nearby restaurant for lunch. In addition to the meal provided by the company, you may also enjoy Ninh Binh specialties at your own expense.
Afternoon: Explore Tam Coc, then return to the hotel to check in
At 1:30 p.m., after lunch and a rest, you will continue with the group to the pier to board a boat and travel downstream along the Ngo Dong River, with rice fields on both sides, to explore Tam Coc and its three mysterious caves: Ca Cave, Hai Cave, and Ba Cave.
After the visit, the boat will take you back to Tam Coc Pier, where you will board a vehicle to the hotel. Upon arrival, complete the check-in procedure, go to your room to arrange your belongings, and rest.
Evening: Dinner at a restaurant, free time to explore Ninh Binh at night
At around 6:00 p.m., the vehicle will pick you up at the hotel and take you to a restaurant for dinner. After dinner, you will have free time to explore Ninh Binh at night and enjoy street snacks.

BAI DINH PAGODA - TRANG AN - HANOI
Morning: Breakfast, check out of the hotel, visit Bai Dinh Pagoda
After breakfast, return to your room to collect your luggage and complete the check-out procedure. Then, travel with the group to Bai Dinh Pagoda. Bai Dinh Pagoda is one of the largest pagodas in Vietnam and holds several records. The pagoda complex covers an area of 107 hectares, including the Tam The Hall and Dharma Lord Hall, each covering thousands of square meters. Inside the pagoda is the largest bronze statue of Buddha Shakyamuni in Southeast Asia, weighing 100 tons, along with three Tam The statues, each weighing 50 tons.
Noon: Lunch at a restaurant
After visiting Bai Dinh Pagoda, the group will travel to a restaurant for lunch and relaxation.
Afternoon - evening: Visit Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, return to Hanoi
The group’s vehicle will take you to Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex. Then, follow the tour guide to purchase entrance tickets and board a boat for sightseeing. The boat will travel along the stream through Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, where limestone ranges, valleys, and waterways intertwine to create a mystical and enchanting landscape. From the boat, you can see caves with distinctive stalactite formations, including Dark Cave, Light Cave, Cooking Wine Cave, Sinh Cave, Si Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Dia Linh Cave. The majestic and magnificent scenery is likened to Ha Long Bay on land.
After the visit, the group will board the vehicle and return to Hanoi. The vehicle will take you to the original pickup point, marking the end of the tour.
