CHILDREN'S TOUR PRICES
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Parents or accompanying relatives are responsible for the child's meals, accommodation, and sightseeing expenses (if any). Two adults may accompany only 1 child under 5 years old; the second child onward must pay 70% of the tour price.
- From 5–9 years old: 70% of the tour price. Includes meals, a seat on the vehicle, and sharing a bed with the family. Two adults may accompany only 1 child from 5 to under 10 years old; the second child onward must pay the adult rate.
- Children from 10 years old: Adult price, with the same standards as adults.
TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 10 days before departure: A fee of 30% of the tour price applies.
- 3–10 days before departure: A fee of 50% of the tour price applies.
- Within 3 days before departure: 100% of the tour price is charged.
- A fee of 100% of the tour price applies if the tour is postponed or canceled during public holidays or Tet.
GENERAL NOTES
- The above prices apply depending on the departure date at the time of booking.
- The order of the itinerary may change, but all sightseeing destinations will still be included.
- The company is not responsible for cases in which guests are unable to participate in the tour because they do not bring the required identification documents, or in force majeure cases such as earthquakes, natural disasters, floods, storms, etc., which cause the itinerary not to proceed as expected. In such cases, guests are only responsible for transportation and meal expenses (if any). In other cases, if weather conditions cause the boat's return date to be later than scheduled, guests are responsible for any expenses incurred beyond the time committed in the itinerary.
- A passport valid for more than 6 months is required when booking an international tour.
- Visa issuance regulations vary by country. If a guest's visa application is unsuccessful, the company will charge only the visa fee stipulated for each tour.
- Guests must be present at the pickup point 20 minutes in advance. Once the vehicle has departed, or in the event of cancellation without prior notice, a fee of 100% will apply.
- For tours involving high-speed boats:
- Boat schedules may change depending on the actual conditions of each departure. Therefore, if there are any changes to the boat departure time, the company will notify guests as soon as possible.
- Guests must bring the original Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) or passport (for adults), and birth certificate or passport (for children). Children must travel with a relative.
- For tours involving air travel:
- Guests must be present at the airport 2–3 hours in advance to complete check-in procedures. Guests arriving late after the check-in counter has closed, or canceling without prior notice, must pay for a new replacement air ticket or a fee of 100%.
- Guests must bring the original Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) or passport (for adults), and birth certificate or passport (for children). Children aged 14 and over who do not yet have a CCCD must present a “Personal Identity Confirmation” (valid for 1 month) when checking in for the flight.
- Guests are responsible for managing their own money, personal belongings, and luggage during the tour.
- When booking, guests are requested to provide their full name, date of birth, and CCCD number.
- Vietnamese overseas guests and international visitors entering Vietnam with a separate visa are requested to bring their customs declaration form and visa when joining the tour.
- Foreign nationals are not accepted on tours to Binh Hung.
- The tour itinerary is considered a memorandum of understanding between the customer and the company. Any questions or complaints will be resolved based on the provisions of the itinerary, contract, and payment receipt.
- Guests who are 6 months pregnant or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.
- Guests aged 70 and over are required to provide the company with a health undertaking.
- Regarding pickup points: The company is not responsible for pickup points where vehicles are not permitted to stop or park to pick up passengers under road traffic regulations (as applicable at the present time due to frequent changes in road signs), even if previously agreed upon. In such cases, guests must arrange their own transportation to the nearest points where the vehicle can legally stop and park to pick up passengers.
- As this is a shared group tour, the company is responsible for accepting enough guests for the tour to depart. If the number of guests is insufficient, the company will notify guests one day before departure and agree on a new departure date, or refund the entire amount previously paid by the guests
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Parents or accompanying relatives are responsible for the child's meals, accommodation, and sightseeing expenses (if any). Two adults may accompany only 1 child under 5 years old; the second child onward must pay 70% of the tour price.
- From 5–9 years old: 70% of the tour price. Includes meals, a seat on the vehicle, and sharing a bed with the family. Two adults may accompany only 1 child from 5 to under 10 years old; the second child onward must pay the adult rate.
- Children from 10 years old: Adult price, with the same standards as adults.
TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 10 days before departure: A fee of 30% of the tour price applies.
- 3–10 days before departure: A fee of 50% of the tour price applies.
- Within 3 days before departure: 100% of the tour price is charged.
- A fee of 100% of the tour price applies if the tour is postponed or canceled during public holidays or Tet.
GENERAL NOTES
- The above prices apply depending on the departure date at the time of booking.
- The order of the itinerary may change, but all sightseeing destinations will still be included.
- The company is not responsible for cases in which guests are unable to participate in the tour because they do not bring the required identification documents, or in force majeure cases such as earthquakes, natural disasters, floods, storms, etc., which cause the itinerary not to proceed as expected. In such cases, guests are only responsible for transportation and meal expenses (if any). In other cases, if weather conditions cause the boat's return date to be later than scheduled, guests are responsible for any expenses incurred beyond the time committed in the itinerary.
- A passport valid for more than 6 months is required when booking an international tour.
- Visa issuance regulations vary by country. If a guest's visa application is unsuccessful, the company will charge only the visa fee stipulated for each tour.
- Guests must be present at the pickup point 20 minutes in advance. Once the vehicle has departed, or in the event of cancellation without prior notice, a fee of 100% will apply.
- For tours involving high-speed boats:
- Boat schedules may change depending on the actual conditions of each departure. Therefore, if there are any changes to the boat departure time, the company will notify guests as soon as possible.

- For tours involving air travel:
