Two adults may accompany only 1 child from 2–5 years old; the second child onward receives a reduction of VND 800,000 compared with the adult price.
- From 5–9 years old: Reduction of VND 800,000 compared with the adult price. Includes airfare, meals, sightseeing services, and sharing a room with the family. Two adults may accompany only 1 child from 5 to under 10 years old; the second child onward must pay the adult price.

In such cases, guests are only responsible for transportation and meal service fees (if any). In other cases, if weather conditions cause the boat's return date to be delayed compared with the itinerary, guests are responsible for any expenses incurred beyond the committed program duration.
- A passport valid for more than 6 months is mandatory when booking an international tour.
- Visa issuance regulations vary by country. If a guest's visa application is unsuccessful, the company will only charge the visa fee stipulated for each tour.
- Guests must be present at the pickup point 20 minutes in advance. Once the vehicle has departed, or in the event of cancellation without prior notice, a fee of 100% will apply.
- For tours that include high-speed boat travel
- Boat schedules may change depending on the actual conditions of each departure period. Therefore, if there are any changes to the departure time, the company will notify guests as soon as possible.
- Guests must bring the original Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) or passport (for adults), and birth certificate or passport (for children). Children must travel with a relative.
- For tours that include air travel:
- Guests must be present at the airport 2–3 hours in advance to complete check-in procedures. Guests who arrive late after the check-in counter has closed, or cancel without prior notice, must bear the cost of purchasing a new flight ticket or pay a fee of 100%.
- Guests must bring the original Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) or passport (for adults), and birth certificate or passport (for children). Children aged 14 and above who do not yet have a CCCD must present a “Personal Identification Confirmation Letter” when checking in for the flight (valid for 1 month).
- Guests are responsible for managing their money, personal belongings, and luggage during the sightseeing trip.
- When booking, guests are requested to provide their full name, date of birth, and CCCD number.
- Vietnamese overseas visitors and international visitors entering Vietnam with a separate visa are requested to bring their customs declaration and visa when joining the tour.
- Foreign nationals are not accepted on tours to Bình Hưng.
- The tour program is considered a memorandum of understanding between the customer and the company. Any questions or complaints will be resolved based on the provisions in the program, contract, and receipt.
- Guests who are 6 months pregnant or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.
- Guests aged 70 and above are required to provide the company with a health commitment.
- Regarding pickup points: The company is not responsible for pickup points where vehicles are not permitted to stop or park to pick up passengers under road traffic regulations (as applicable at the current time due to frequent changes in traffic signs), even if such arrangements were previously agreed upon. In this case, guests are responsible for traveling to the nearest points where the vehicle can stop or park to pick up passengers.
- As this is a group tour combining individual travelers, the Company is responsible for accepting enough guests to operate the tour. If the number is insufficient, the Company will notify guests 1 day before departure and will renegotiate the departure date
