TOUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you cancel the tour, you must pay the following cancellation fees:
+ 30 days before departure: Pay 50% of the tour price.
+ 25 days before departure: Pay 75% of the tour price.
+ 15 days before departure: Pay 100% of the tour price.
– For tours departing on holidays, Tet: If you cancel, a fee of 100% of the tour price applies.
After cancelling the tour, please collect the refund within 10 days from the tour end date. We only process payments within this period.
– In cases of objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, or due to ship, train, or flight delays/cancellations, the Company will not be liable for any additional compensation beyond refunding the cost of unused services of that tour. If a COVID epidemic occurs at the time of the tour, the Company will strictly follow the guidance of the Government/ relevant authorities and will not unilaterally fulfill customer requests to cancel/transfer the tour unless there is an official document about the suspension or grounding of the airline. Costs related to third parties (such as airline tickets, transport, hotels, etc.) the Company will apply the specific policies of the third party and inform customers in detail at the time the incident occurs.
