Tour description
Luang Prabang is the most beloved destination in Laos: a small town on the Mekong River with more than 30 temples, rows of French-colonial wooden houses, a slow pace of life, and lush natural surroundings.
On the first day, you get acquainted with the Old Town, the Royal Palace Museum, and Wat Xieng Thong, then watch the sunset from Mount Phousi. On the second morning, you rise early to witness the Tak Bat alms-giving ceremony, stroll through the morning market, and take a boat upstream on the Mekong River to Pak Ou Caves, home to thousands of Buddha statues. The final day is devoted to Kuang Si Falls, with its turquoise pools and bear rescue center, before heading to the airport.
This is a private tour with a leisurely itinerary, suitable for couples, families, and older travelers.
