You begin with the quiet temples in the eastern part of the Angkor complex: Ta Som, with its stone gate completely embraced by a fig tree, and East Mebon, with its stone elephant statues. As the sunlight softens, climb Pre Rup Mountain Temple—one of the best sunset viewpoints in Angkor—for views over the forest and rows of sugar palms.
After a Khmer dinner, head to the Phare Circus. The performers are students of Phare Ponleu Selpak, combining acrobatics, theater, music and dance to tell stories about Cambodian history and daily life. This is the highest-rated evening activity among visitors to Siem Reap, with profits supporting arts training for young people.

Detailed itinerary
Afternoon (15:30): The vehicle and guide pick you up at your hotel and stop at the Angkor ticket counter (tickets purchased after 17:00 can be used immediately that evening and do not count toward the number of days on the ticket).
16:15: Visit Ta Som and East Mebon temples.
17:15: Climb Pre Rup temple mountain to watch the sunset.
Evening (18:30): Enjoy Khmer cuisine for dinner at a restaurant in the city.
20:00: Watch the Phare Circus performance (approximately 1 hour).
21:15: The vehicle takes you back to your hotel. 21:30: End of the tour.

Free cancellation with a 100% refund when notified at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. In the event of bad weather or attraction closures required by the authorities, we can help reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.

Angkor Pass (reference prices for 2026): 1 day USD 37, 3 days USD 62, 7 days USD 72; children under 12 enter free (bring a passport). Tickets include a portrait photo and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Dress code: when entering temples, pagodas and the Royal Palace, please wear clothing that covers the shoulders and long pants/skirts below the knees; sports shoes are recommended as some sections have steep stone steps.
