Tour description
Kbal Spean is located on the slopes of Kulen Mountain, about 50 km from Siem Reap. After walking approximately 1.5 km through the forest, you will reach a stream whose riverbed was carved by Khmer artisans with hundreds of lingas, images of Vishnu reclining on the serpent Ananta, Brahma, and Shiva—the flowing water is believed to have been blessed before continuing toward Angkor.
On the way back, visit Banteay Srei, a pink sandstone temple featuring some of the finest carvings in Khmer art, and the Cambodia Landmine Museum, founded by Aki Ra, a former soldier who became a landmine remover.
This tour combines nature, art, and history, making it ideal for visitors who have already spent 1–2 days exploring Angkor.
On the way back, visit Banteay Srei, a pink sandstone temple featuring some of the finest carvings in Khmer art, and the Cambodia Landmine Museum, founded by Aki Ra, a former soldier who became a landmine remover.

Detailed itinerary
Morning (07:30): The vehicle and tour guide pick you up at your hotel and depart for Kbal Spean (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes).
09:00: Hike through the forest for approximately 40 minutes to Kbal Spean, where you will see the Thousand Lingas stream, carvings beneath the stream, and a small waterfall.
Noon (11:45): Have lunch at a local restaurant near Banteay Srei.
Afternoon (13:00): Visit Banteay Srei Temple.
14:15: Visit the Cambodia Landmine Museum.
15:00: Return to Siem Reap. 16:00: Arrive at the hotel and end the tour.

Free cancellation with a 100% refund when notified at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. In the event of bad weather or attraction closures required by the authorities, we can help reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.

Angkor Pass (参考 prices for 2026): 1 day USD 37, 3 days USD 62, 7 days USD 72; children under 12 enter free (bring a passport). Tickets include a portrait photo and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Dress code: when entering temples, pagodas, and the Royal Palace, please wear clothing that fully covers the shoulders and long pants or skirts extending below the knees; sports shoes are recommended because there are many steep stone steps.
The tour is normally led by an English-speaking local guide; Vietnamese-, French-, Chinese-, Japanese-, and Korean-speaking guides can be requested (please indicate this when booking, subject to guide availability).
