Detailed itinerary
HANOI – QUANG TRI (Lunch, dinner)
06:00: The vehicle and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point to depart for Quang Tri. Along the way, you are free to have breakfast in Ha Nam.
12:00: You have lunch in Vinh City.
13:00: You continue the journey from Vinh to Quang Tri. Along the way, you stop to visit Hien Luong Bridge – Ben Hai River – the site that divided the country during the resistance war against the United States.
18:30: Upon arrival in Quang Tri, you check in at the hotel and have dinner. After that, you are free to explore Dong Ha City at night.
Overnight in Dong Ha City.
06:00: The vehicle and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point to depart for Quang Tri. Along the way, you are free to have breakfast in Ha Nam.
12:00: You have lunch in Vinh City.
13:00: You continue the journey from Vinh to Quang Tri. Along the way, you stop to visit Hien Luong Bridge – Ben Hai River – the site that divided the country during the resistance war against the United States.
18:30: Upon arrival in Quang Tri, you check in at the hotel and have dinner. After that, you are free to explore Dong Ha City at night.

QUANG TRI ANCIENT CITADEL – VINH MOC TUNNELS (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
07:00: Have breakfast at the hotel. Then, the vehicle will take you to visit Quang Tri Ancient Citadel – the site of 81 days and nights of fierce fighting during the resistance war against the Americans.
Pay respects and offer incense at the memorial monument built in the center of the ancient citadel to commemorate the sacrifice of the liberation soldiers who gave their lives for the peace of this land.
Visit La Vang Holy Land – the holy site of Vietnamese Catholics.
13:00: Have lunch and rest at a local restaurant.
14:00: Visit Vinh Moc Tunnels – a nearly 2-kilometer-long tunnel complex with three levels deep underground. It was once the steel fortress of socialist North Vietnam during seven consecutive years of resistance against the destructive war waged by the U.S. imperialists.
Enjoy free time strolling along the beach and swimming at Cua Tung Beach – known as the “queen of the sea.” This is the most beautiful beach in Quang Tri Province, with a long coastline, fine white sand, and clear blue seawater.
19:00: Have dinner at the hotel. Then enjoy free time exploring Dong Ha City at night.

DONG HA – LAO BAO BORDER GATE – TRUONG SON CEMETERY (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
07:00: Guests have breakfast at the hotel. Then, guests board the vehicle and depart for Lao Bao along Route 9. On the way, guests visit Dakrong Suspension Bridge.
08:30: Arrive in Lao Bao. Guests visit Lao Bao International Border Gate – the busiest border-trade gate in the Central region. Guests are free to shop for goods and souvenirs.
11:30: Guests have lunch at a local restaurant.
13:00: Guests board the vehicle and continue the journey to visit Truong Son Cemetery.
14:30: Guests offer incense in remembrance of the fallen soldiers who sacrificed their lives at Truong Son Cemetery – the largest national martyrs’ cemetery, where the graves of young volunteers, soldiers, logistical workers, and others who built and fought to protect the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail throughout the resistance war against the United States are gathered.
