Detailed itinerary
HANOI - MOC CHAU - SON LA (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point and depart for Moc Chau. Along the way, the group stops for a rest and breakfast (at your own expense).
Continuing the journey, you will check in at the famous scenic route:
- Arriving at Thung Khe Pass, also known as the White Rock Cliff, you can admire the magnificent, breathtaking natural landscape. Stop here to savor delicious local specialties such as boiled eggs, roasted corn, boiled corn, and bamboo-tube rice (com lam).
Upon arrival in Moc Chau, you will visit:
Apricot Forest: Admire the pure white apricot blossoms blanketing the Northwest mountains and forests. Feel free to explore and take photos in the apricot forest. (The itinerary may be adjusted to visit peach blossoms or the heart-shaped tea hill,... depending on the season).
Noon: The group has lunch at a local restaurant and takes a rest.
Afternoon: Board the bus to travel to Son La City.
Upon arriving in Son La, the vehicle will take you to visit the following tourist attractions:
- Son La Prison - a poignant historical relic and a symbol of the unyielding spirit of Vietnamese communist soldiers in the fight against French colonialism.
- Immerse yourself in the lush greenery of the bamboo forest, enjoying wonderful relaxing moments at Rung Vang (Golden Forest).
Evening: Enjoy dinner at Rung Vang and soak in the festive atmosphere of the "Xoe Dance Festival" with unique cultural performances by local people.
End of Day 1 tour itinerary. The group stays overnight in Son La.

- Explore Son La Hydropower Reservoir, one of Vietnam's largest hydropower works, located on the poetic Da River.
- Uy Phong Bay, a breathtaking natural picture with rolling mountains, will surely captivate you. Here, you can immerse yourself in the cool water, enjoy the relaxing feeling of boating, playing water polo, or unwinding with a fish foot massage.
After the fun activities, you will return to the cruise and travel to a stunning check-in spot:
- Heart Island - a green gem in the middle of the waters, with a unique heart shape, making it an ideal destination for visitors to freely explore and capture memorable moments.
