Description du circuit
Pattaya's night markets are enormous, cheap and genuinely local once you step past the first row of stalls. This tour covers the two best, with a guide who orders in Thai and knows which vendor does which dish properly.
We begin at Jomtien, which runs every night on the beach road: pla pao, whole fish packed in salt and lemongrass and grilled upright over coals until the crust cracks off; fresh oysters with crisp shallot and chilli-lime sauce; charcoal moo ping skewers by the handful; and som tam pounded to your spice level in front of you. Then a short ride to Thepprasit, where the market spreads over several blocks and the food section goes deep - grilled river prawns, Isaan sausage, crispy pork belly, fried insects for the brave, and a dessert row of mango sticky rice, roti and coconut ice cream.
Your guide explains the Isaan influence that dominates Thai street food, how som tam spice levels really work, and which of the market's photogenic dishes are worth your money.
Small group, maximum 10 guests, with a taxi hop between the two markets included.

Politique d'annulation et de remboursement
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Tours run rain or shine, with a covered mall food court as the wet-weather fallback.
Autres remarques
Runs daily at 17:30. Jomtien night market operates every evening; Thepprasit is at its fullest from Friday to Sunday, so weekend departures see the bigger market. On quieter weeknights we spend longer at Jomtien and add a Soi Buakhao stall circuit instead.
Rain season runs May to October, peaking September and October. All three clusters are open-air; Terminal 21's food court is our wet-weather fallback.
Dietary needs: tell us at least 48 hours ahead. Seafood-free, pork-free and vegetarian routes are all workable at a market this size.
Spice: Isaan food is hot. Your guide orders mild by default and escalates only on request.
Minimum age 10. About 1.5 km of walking plus one taxi hop.
